Messaging terms
Visit Concierge with June is an independently operated rental-assistance service provided by Jeff Alsberg. These terms cover our optional informational SMS program. Support: jeffalsberg@gmail.com.
What you are signing up for
June is an automated assistant. Guests may receive a check-in welcome, answers to property questions, local suggestions, issue follow-ups and service updates for their confirmed stay. Separately consenting owners may receive notifications and approval requests. Separately consenting providers may receive approved service requests and scheduling updates. This program does not send promotional campaigns.
Enrollment and consent
Enter your own US or Canadian mobile number, review the disclosures, and actively select the SMS consent box on our signup form. You must be an adult authorized to use that number and consent for yourself. Consent is not required to book a rental, purchase a service or work with us as a provider. Choose “Continue without text messages” on the signup page to skip SMS without completing the form or accepting these messaging terms. You may use the guest web link supplied by your host, your booking channel or existing contact instead. SMS consent is not required to create an account, receive entry instructions or obtain support. For Airbnb and Vrbo stays, we also record a guest-requested communication path after booking and permission to share necessary information. Booking-platform rules still apply; SMS consent is not platform approval. We review and match submissions to a confirmed stay or service relationship and verify the number before activation. Signup is not confirmation that SMS is available; the pilot requires messaging activation.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests, stay and service relationship. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Guest text enrollment carries no separate Visit Concierge signup charge. Owner subscriptions, contractor visits, repairs, materials and cleaning charges are separate and require the applicable agreement and approvals.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email jeffalsberg@gmail.com. You can also email us to withdraw consent before messaging begins. Guest enrollment is limited to the confirmed stay; a future stay requires new consent. Owners and providers can withdraw at any time. Opting out does not cancel a booking or an approved contractor job.
Service limits and urgent issues
When activated, June provides automated text assistance 24/7. This is not a promise of a staffed 24/7 human desk, perfect answers, instant responses or guaranteed contractor availability. Your owner handles service approvals, booking exceptions and decisions outside the assistant's scope. Report active leaks, loss of heat and other urgent property issues promptly to your host through your booking channel as well. Do not rely on June for emergency response. For immediate danger, call 911. Do not attempt hazardous repairs.
Delivery and responsibilities
Messages may be delayed or unavailable because of coverage, carrier filtering, maintenance or outages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Provide accurate information and tell us if your number changes. Local recommendations do not guarantee opening hours, suitability, availability or pricing. No contractor is booked until approval and acceptance are confirmed.
Privacy and booking platforms
Our Privacy Policy explains collection and use of personal information. Your host can review your rental-assistance conversations. Visit Concierge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb or Vrbo. Our messages do not replace platform-required communication, alter your booking agreement or move booking payments outside the platform.
Changes and contact
